TERMS
1. General
◦ Interstellar is an independent commission group owned by zvvxck.
◦ All products are therefore created solely by zvvxck. All products are originally created (not copied from) on the following platforms: Canva, Procreate, and Photopea.
◦ Interstellar's Server will consist of two main entities: a commission platform and an interactive community engagement platform.
2. Platform Information
◦ All business will be conducted on Interstellar's Discord Server.
◦ We have the right to deny any services to any individual if we find necessary.
◦ Interstellar's Server will be moderated heavily to ensure that all transactions/conducted business happens within a safe environment. Users are expected to follow Discord's Terms and Conditions at all times, as well as any other listed rules within the server.
◦ If the set rules are broken within Interstellar we possess the right to warn, kick, or ban that individual from our server based on the severity of their actions. Interstellar also possesses the right to report any user to the Discord Trust and Safety Team if necessary.
◦ Any and all damage/conflict produced from your account (whether it was you or not) will be your responsibility.
◦ You are NOT permitted to resell any of our products for any value or currency.
◦ Products may be used for commercial use as long as credits are provided to the group and/or Interstellar. Credits must include Interstellar's Discord Server Link.
◦ Commissions will open in "batches" which will allow a set amount of orders. This process will act as a "first come first serve" basis. After the maximum amount of orders is reached, commissions will close to allow zvvxck to make the products. Once all the orders are completed a new batch of commissions will open.
◦ Interstellar greatly appreciates community feedback! That being said, we hold the right to remove any message that may contain false, inappropriate, or disrespectful comments towards the group or an individual.
◦ Interstellar's Server will consist of two main entities: a commission platform and an interactive community engagement platform.
◦ To engage the community, there may be giveaways hosted. All giveaways will include some form of zvvxck giving back to his respected community. Giveaways may include a discount on services and/or a set amount of Robux. Each giveaway will be hosted via "Giveaway Bot", a discord bot that is commonly used for similar matters. The winners are randomly selected by the bot and fairly chosen. Individuals are NOT permitted to enter the giveaway multiple times via other alternate accounts. At certain points, giveaways may have set requirements to receive the prize. We hold the right to deny any winner if such user is caught exploiting the giveaway or did not meet the requirements.
3. Purchases/Payment
◦ Interstellar only accepts Robux as a valid payment method. Any other payment methods will be declined.
◦ We have the right to cancel your commission without refund if you leave our server without notice or break any of our terms.
◦ To purchase a product, you must open a commissions ticket in our Discord server. You will be provided with a form to fill out in that ticket. Once you fill out the form you will be asked to pay for the product. After you purchase the gamepass you will be added to the queue.
◦ Individuals will pay full price before the service is provided. 50/50 payments will NOT be accepted.
◦ ALL PURCHASES WILL INCLUDE TAX! Roblox receives 30% of all gamepasses. That being said, prices will include an additional 30% that Roblox will recieve.
◦ You will receive a gamepass that will have a set price on it. You will be required to purchase that gamepass as well as provide proof that you purchased it (screenshot of the item within your inventory.)
◦ Interstellar will not provide refunds unless the individual's order is not completed within a month's time.
◦ You are NOT permitted to change your order after you submit the form.
◦ Customers will have the option to purchase an "Express Pass". This pass will prioritize that individual within the queue of orders. Individuals who purchased the Express Pass will get their orders before those who did not purchase this. If multiple individuals have the Express Pass the individual who purchased first will be prioritized.
◦ All commissions will be completed in the order of first purchase to last purchase (excluding users who bough the express pass).
◦ Every commission will have a limit of five orders per individual.
